LINES

Pricing is determined by the number of lines rather than the number of guests.  If you have more than 300 guests, I can create a custom listing for you.

Examples of Guest Lines:
- Mr. John Smith, Table 10
- Mr. John Smith & Guest, Table 10
- Mr. & Mrs. John Smith & Family, Table 10

SIZE

The file is designed as a standard poster 24x36 Portrait or Landscape document which can be taken to a local printer like Staples, Fedex/Kinkos, Office Max or Costco for printing. The background and font colors can be changed to reflect your personal style.

PROCESS

1. PURCHASE this listing.
2. EMAIL your FINAL LIST and any other details to jo@kalijoworks.com. The list can be sent as a spreadsheet or document, but must be in the order that you want the names to appear either in alphabetical order or by table number/name. Please be sure to check capitalization and periods!
Examples ---> "Mr. & Mrs. John Smith & Family...Table 20," "Mr. & Mrs. John Smith & Family...20," etc...
3. PROOFS will be emailed to you within 1-2 business days from the time the list you send me is received. The first 3 rounds of changes are free. After that, there is a $5 charge for every round of changes. Once approved, a high resolution pdf or jpg will be emailed to you.
4. PRINT by taking the the file to your favorite local printer/copy shop.

PROOFREADING

YOU are solely responsible for reviewing your proofs. If you give me the ok to print and then find a typo after the fact, you are responsible for any reprints. If you give me the ok to print and then I accidentally create an error on the press file, I take full responsibility for that error and will accept the cost of any reprints.
